We respect your privacy and we are aware that by entrusting us with information about yourself, you place your trust in us. That is why we want to provide you with the most important information about what happens to your personal data that we process. In this Policy, we describe how and when we collect your personal data, what we use it for, to whom we transfer it, how long we keep it and what rights you have in this context.

is  Vinci Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw (00-105) at ul. Twarda 18, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIIth Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000894664, NIP: 7011029695, REGON: 388727276 and share capital (paid in full) is PLN 4,000,000.00  (hereinafter referred to as “VINCI“, “we“, “our“, “us“).

Any inquiries, requests, complaints regarding the processing of personal data by VINCI, please send to the e-mail address dane.osobowe@vincizasi.pl or via paper correspondence sent to our address, i.e. Vinci S.A., ul. Twarda 18, 00-105 Warsaw, with the annotation “GDPR”.

 

2. WHEN AND HOW WE COLLECT YOUR DATA

We collect your personal data directly from you when:

• you browse the Website;
• you follow and interact with our social media channels;
• you contact us via email, telephone, contact form or other available communication channels;
• you respond to VINCI job offers;
• you contact us as a part of business cooperation, advising or consulting, performance and provision of services on our behalf;
• you are interested in our products, services;

 

3. PURPOSES AND BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING

We process personal data for the following purposes:

1. persons visiting and using the Website]:

• ensuring the proper technical functioning of our Website (art. 6 sec. (1) (f) of the GDPR);
• profiling in order to analyze the statistics of use of our Website (art. 6 sec. (1) (f) of the GDPR).

Providing your personal data is necessary to use our Website.

2. people who follow and interact with VINCI profile on LinkedIn:

• informing about the services we provide and building a positive image of VINCI (art. 6 sec. (1) (f) of the GDPR);
• responding to inquiries and comments received via social media (art. 6 sec. (1) (f) of the GDPR).

Providing your personal data is necessary to follow our social media profiles  and respond to your inquiries and comments via these media.

3. persons who contact Vinci S.A. via e-mail, telephone, contact form or chat on our Website or other available communication channels:

• responding to inquiries received (art. 6 sec. (1) (f) of the GDPR).

4. candidates for VINCI employees:

• conducting the recruitment process and assessing your abilities, competences and suitability for the position for which you are applying (art. 6 sec. 1 (b) of GDPR and art. 6 sec. 1 (a) of the GDPR);
• storing documentation related to your job application for the purposes of future recruitment processes – if you agree to it (art. 6 sec. 1 (a) of the GDPR);
• fulfillment of legal obligations arising from the provisions of the Labor Code and other provisions of Polish labor law (art. 6 sec. 1 (c) of the GDPR).

To the extent specified in the provisions of the Labor Code (art. 22¹) providing your personal data is necessary to carry out the recruitment process. In the remaining scope, the provision of data is voluntary and is not a condition for participation in recruitment. If you do not want us to process your personal data in a wider scope than specified in the provisions of the Labor Code, simply do not include them in your application.

5. our business partners (advisors or consultants, contractors and service providers for VINC]):

• contact with employees of our business partners who are legal entities (art. 6 sec. (1) (f) of the GDPR);
• contact with our business partners conducting sole proprietorship (art. 6 sec. (1) (b) of the GDPR);
• defense and pursuit of claims arising from agreements concluded with our business partners (art. 6 sec. (1) (f) of the GDPR).

Providing your personal data is necessary for the establishment and functioning of business cooperation with VINCI.

1. people visiting and using the Website;
   – we process: IP address, data stored in cookies;
2. people who follow and interact with VINCI’s LinkedIn profile;
   – we process: name and surname or nickname, other information that is publicly available on your profile or that you voluntarily provide to us;
3. people who contact VINCI via e-mail, telephone, contact form or other available communication channels,
   we process: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number or other information that you voluntarily provide to us;
4. candidates for VINCI employees;
   – we process: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, information about education, qualifications and previous employment and other information that you voluntarily provide to us;
5. our business partners (advisors or consultants, contractors and service providers for VINCI);
   – we process: name and surname, NIP number, e-mail address, telephone number.

 

4. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Below you will find out how long we store the personal data we collect, depending on the entities and categories of data processed:

1. persons visiting and using the Website:

• we store information about your IP address for as long as it is archived in the logs of the server on which our Website is located;
• we store the information contained in cookies in accordance with the retention periods contained in the table in the COOKIES section

2. people who follow and interact with VINCI profile on LinkedIn:

• we store the data necessary to follow our profile on social media and  respond to your inquiries through this media for as long as you remain a follower of our profile or interact with it, and your interactions such as comments or likes will be visible even after you stop following our profile, as long as you do not undo or delete them.

3. persons who contact Vinci S.A. via e-mail, telephone, contact form or other available communication channels:

• we store the data necessary to respond to your inquiries for as long as it is necessary to resolve your case or as long as required by law periods for limitation of claims;
• in addition, we store the personal data we need to defend or pursue claims for as long as required by law periods for limitation of claims.

4. candidates for VINCI employees:

• if you do not consent to the processing of your personal data contained in  the recruitment documents for the purposes of future recruitment, we delete this data immediately after the recruitment for the position you are applying for is over;
• if you agree to the processing of your personal data contained in  the recruitment documents for the purposes of future recruitment, we store this data until you withdraw your consent, but no longer than for 2 years after the end of recruitment.

5. our business partners (advisors or consultants, contractors and service providers for VINCI):

• personal data that we obtain through contact with employees of our business partners who are legal entities and through contact with our business partners running a sole proprietorship, we store for as long as required by tax law;
• in addition, we store the data we need to defend or pursue claims arising from contracts concluded with our business partners for as long as required by law periods for limitation of claims.

 

5. TO WHOM WE MAY DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

6. YOUR RIGHTS

In connection with the processing of your Personal Data by us, you have the following rights:

• request access to and rectification of your personal data

You have the right to access information about you at any time and to have it corrected if it is incorrect.

• deletion of personal data we hold about you and the right to  restrict its processing

At your request, we will delete the data collected about you after the purpose for which the data was collected is fulfilled. You have the right at any time to request us to delete or restrict the processing of your data.

• request the data to be transferred

To the extent that personal data is processed in an automated manner in order to perform the contract (art. 6 sec. 1 (b) of the GDPR) or on the basis of your consent (art. 6 sec. 1 (a) of GDPR, art. 9 sec. 2 (a) of the GDPR), you have the right to receive from us personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and you have the right to send this personal data to another administrator without hindrance from our Internet Site.

• right to object against data processing

To the extent that personal data is processed in order to pursue the legitimate interests of VINCI (art. 6 sec. 1 (f) of the GDPR), you have the right to object to the processing of personal data.

• right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

If you believe that our processing of your personal data violates the applicable provisions on the protection of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection in Warsaw.

• the right to withdraw consent to personal data processing

If we process personal data on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, which does not affect the compliance of the processing carried out on the basis of this consent before its withdrawal.

7. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES (OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA)

Because we use the services of entities from outside the European Economic Area (e.g. from the USA) in the online environment, your personal data may be  processed outside the EEA on the basis of standard contractual clauses (art. 46 section (2) (c) of the GDPR) or your consent.

 

8. PROFILING AND AUTOMATED DECISION MAKING

We do not use any information provided by you for automated decision-making purposes.

 

9. SOCIAL MEDIA
