We respect your privacy and we are aware that by entrusting us with information about yourself, you place your trust in us. That is why we want to provide you with the most important information about what happens to your personal data that we process. Twarda 18, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIIth Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000894664, NIP: 7011029695, REGON: 388727276 and share capital (paid in full) is PLN 4,000,000.00  (hereinafter referred to as “VINCI“, “we“, “our“, “us“).

Any inquiries, requests, complaints regarding the processing of personal data by VINCI, please send to the e-mail address dane.osobowe@vincizasi.pl or via paper correspondence sent to our address, i.e. Vinci S.A., ul. Twarda 18, 00-105 Warsaw, with the annotation “GDPR”.

To the extent that personal data is processed in an automated manner in order to perform the contract (art. 6 sec. 1 (b) of the GDPR) or on the basis of your consent (art. 6 sec. 1 (a) of GDPR, art. 9 sec. 2 (a) of the GDPR), you have the right to receive from us personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and you have the right to send this personal data to another administrator without hindrance from our Internet Site.

To the extent that personal data is processed in order to pursue the legitimate interests of VINCI (art. 6 sec. 1 (f) of the GDPR), you have the right to object to the processing of personal data.

If you believe that our processing of your personal data violates the applicable provisions on the protection of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection in Warsaw.

If we process personal data on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, which does not affect the compliance of the processing carried out on the basis of this consent before its withdrawal.

Because we use the services of entities from outside the European Economic Area (e.g. from the USA) in the online environment, your personal data may be  processed outside the EEA on the basis of standard contractual clauses (art. 46 section (2) (c) of the GDPR) or your consent.
