Vinci S.A. is a subsidiary of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK).
The company’s core business involves managing Alternative Investment Companies (ASIs) that provide tailored financing solutions to support the growth of Polish entrepreneurs. Our mission is to foster Poland’s socio-economic development through direct equity investments.

 

Vinci S.A. manages two funds: Venture Capital ASI, which provides equity capital to innovative and technology-driven companies at later stages of development, and Private Equity ASI, which finances growth, expansion, and consolidation of Polish enterprises with proven business models.

 

Vinci S.A. was entered into the register of Alternative Investment Company Managers (ZASI Register) in the second half of 2021.

Venture Capital ASI is an investment vehicle focused on technologies of strategic importance for Poland’s socio-economic development - solutions that have already been commercially validated and require capital to accelerate their dynamic growth.
Our investment strategy targets innovative, high value-added solutions with proven market traction (minimum revenue of PLN 2 million). We enable Polish companies that have raised early-stage financing to attract a minority growth-stage investor. As an entity backed by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK), we enhance credibility and actively contribute to value creation within our portfolio companies.

Vinci Spółka Akcyjna Da Gama Alternatywna Spółka Inwestycyjna S.K.A. is an investment vehicle supporting the development, expansion, and consolidation of Polish enterprises. The fund was established by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego to co-finance the growth of well-established companies operating both in Poland and abroad.

Our investment strategy focuses on companies with proven business models. We provide capital for growth and consolidation projects carried out in Poland, as well as for international expansion initiatives.
As a minority investor, we leave operational management in the hands of our Partners while supporting them in key strategic decisions. In this way, we help fill the capital gap in the segment of medium and larger Polish enterprises that seek financing for further growth without the need to give up a controlling stake to external investors.

Our Team

Bartosz Drabikowski

CEO
He is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, banking, capital and real estate market. Currently, he is also the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund S.A. SICAV-RAIF. For nearly 12 years, he was the Deputy CEO / CFO at PKO Bank Polski. In 2015-2016, he was the Board Member of VISA Europe, while from 2006 to 2008, he was a CFO / Executive Board Member of the KIR S.A. Bartosz Drabikowski has many years of experience in managing financial institutions, chaired the supervisory boards of companies from the PKO Bank Polski group (Inteligo S.A., eService S.A.), was a member of the supervisory board of KDPW S.A. and PWPW S.A., as well as a Member of the Board of Banking Guarantee Fund (BFG). He began his professional career in the Ministry of Finance, Banking Supervisory Commission and SEC, where he was responsible, among others, for the regulation and supervision of the financial market institutions, primarily the banking sector and capital market. Bartosz Drabikowski is a graduate of Harvard Business School (Advanced Management Program; Private Equity and Venture Capital Program); Warsaw School of Economics (Banking), the Lodz University of Technology, the National School of Public Administration and the Diplomatic Academy (Polish Institute of International Affairs). He is also a holder of the Executive MBA of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Adam Żelezik

Member of the Board
A manager with 20 years of experience in corporate banking and the capital market. He has special competences in the area of corporate finance, including structured finance, debt instruments issue, trade finance. Since 2023, he was the managing director at ARP Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., where he was responsible for the preparation and launch of the Polish Green Fund. In 2021-2023, as the Director of the Department at Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, responsible for supporting the development of innovative technologies in the field of hydrogen, water and nanotechnology. As a representative of BGK, he sat on the coordination board of the Mazovian Hydrogen Valley. Previously, he was associated with DNB Bank Polska for 11 years, where he managed the corporate banking division, including specialized industry areas. He has special competences in the field of financing the public sector, energy, healthcare and manufacturing industry. He started his professional career at ING Bank, where he held positions in corporate banking and financial markets. He is a graduate of the University of Economics in Wrocław, where he graduated from the Faculty of Management and Computer Science. In 2016, he completed postgraduate studies at the Leon Koźmiński Academy, obtaining an Executive MBA degree.

Tomasz Serwan

Investment Director
Manager with many years of experience in the venture capital industry. In 2019-2023, he managed the CVC Alior Bank S.A. fund. At the same time, he was the Director of ESG Bank. Previously, he was the Investment Director at Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder fund. He has been associated with the startup market since 2009. He has completed several dozen investments in companies at various stages of development.

Monika Prokopowicz

Investment Director
Before joining the fund, she had gained experience in venture capital funds, business consulting and the biotechnology sector. For over 3 years, she has been involved in project evaluation and investment processes, in particular in the field of BioTech and MedTech. A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology and the Warsaw School of Economics.

Elżbieta Kujawa

Investment Director
Manager with over 20 years of experience in capital markets, private equity, venture capital, and transaction advisory (M&A). She has executed investment projects for both Polish and international investors, overseeing transaction processes end-to-end and managing investment teams. She has served on supervisory boards, providing ownership oversight and supporting portfolio companies during growth and value creation stages. Throughout her career, she has worked with companies such as InPost, Rubicon Partners, Saski Partners, Innova Capital, and Booz Allen Hamilton. She holds a degree in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and is a Certified Advisor in the Alternative Trading System of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Szymon Adamczyk

Investment Director
Manager with 10 years' experience in corporate banking. He led the banking department, overseeing technology, media and telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, and service sector companies. Experienced in financing general corporate, capex, LBO, M&A and project finance transactions. Worked on structured finance teams at Bank BPH, Pekao, DNB, and PKO BP. He graduated with a degree in economics from the University of Łódź.

Ilona Kopcińska, CFA

Investment Manager
She has over 8 years of experience in the field of investment funds, most recently as an expert in capital investments at Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego. Ilona was responsible for the analysis and evaluation of investment projects, participated in investment and disinvestment processes and supervised the bank's capital commitments. Previously, Ilona gained experience at State Street Bank International GmbH, where she was responsible, among others, for analyzing the investment performance of global investment funds. Ilona holds a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) title and Investment Advisor license.

Luiza Nowacka

Investment Manager
Luiza Nowacka has been co-creating the Venture Capital ecosystem in Poland for almost 10 years, currently acting as an investor, previously as a founder, entrepreneur or legal and business advisor. She gained her professional experience as an Investment Manager at CVC Alior Bank S.A. (RBL_VC), running her own consulting company (Well Done Business sp. z o.o), as well as working on M&A transactions on behalf of a renowned law firm (Maruta Wachta). A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw (master's studies) and the Warsaw School of Economics (doctoral studies). Certified business negotiator with a degree from St Andrews University, Scotland. Juror of competitions for startups, mentor, speaker at industry events.

Marcin Matusiak

Investment Manager
He has been professionally associated with the capital market for almost ten years. Prior to joining the Fund, he gained experience in the transaction advisory teams of Deloitte, PwC, and Vestor Dom Maklerski, where he specialized in obtaining debt and equity financing. He also worked on syndicated financing in the Investment Banking Department of Bank Pekao S.A. Graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Łódź.

Piotr Jusiński

Investment Manager
He has many years of experience in the area of capital investments, previously acting as a stock analyst at Ipopema Securities, where he provided analytical coverage for companies from the chemical and industrial sectors, and previously as an investment advisor and securities broker at BOŚ Brokerage House. A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the Warsaw University of Technology. He holds a license of an Investment Advisor and a Securities Broker.

Bartosz Pakulski, CFA

Investment Analyst
Prior to his work at Vinci, he gained experience in venture capital, business consulting, and investment fund operations. For over five years, he was responsible for key aspects of the investment process, including the selection and analysis of investment projects, managing investment and divestment processes, and overseeing portfolio companies. He is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology and the Warsaw School of Economics. His credentials include investment advisor and securities broker licenses, along with the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation.

Adam Rakowski, CFA

Investment Analyst
Before joining the Fund, he was an analyst at the Navigator Capital investment boutique, where he dealt with merger and acquisition transactions and valuations. Previously, he also gained experience in the Investor Relations and Development Department of the Bank Pekao Group. A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, a participant in the ACCA program and a holder of the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) title.

Mikołaj Wiśniewski

Investment Analyst
Before joining the fund, he had gained experience in venture capital fund, investment boutique, business consulting and banking. For over 3 years, he was responsible for key aspects of the investment process, including the selection and analysis of investment projects, investment and disinvestment processes, and supervision of portfolio companies. A graduate of the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw School of Economics. Currently, he is a doctoral student at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Jan Ćwiek

Investment Analyst
He has many years of experience in the financial industry - he worked in consulting, family office fund and as an entrepreneur. For 6 years he worked at FTF Columbus, working closely with the owner and management boards of portfolio companies. Previously, he gained experience at EY, participating in due diligence and audit processes. A graduate of the Cracow University of Economics (master's studies – economics) and the Jagiellonian University (master's studies – law).

Mikołaj Przybylski, CFA

Investment Analyst
Before joining the fund, Mikołaj gained experience in investment banking area at IPOPEMA Securities participating in capital market transactions, as well as in financial advisory at Deloitte. He further expanded his business expertise through working on development initiatives at a climate-tech start-up. Mikołaj is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and holds the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation.

Jan Pakuła

Investment Analyst
He has nearly five years of experience gained during an internship at mInvestment Banking, followed by junior analyst roles at Gamut Analytics and Bastion Group, and later as an analyst at KPMG Deal Advisory. He worked on financial models, valuations and market analyses for M&A projects, debt refinancing and private debt transactions across the energy, industrial, FMCG, automotive, logistics and real estate sectors. He supported both buy-side and sell-side processes. He is a graduate of the Cracow University of Economics, a licensed Investment Advisor, and has passed the CFA Level I exam.

Karolina Izydorek

Legal Department Director
Legal advisor specializing in civil, commercial and capital market law. She has a vast experience in servicing financial institutions and companies from the investment industry. She gained experience as a lawyer in investment fund companies, where she provided comprehensive legal services to entities and funds managed by them. She is a legal advisor at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.

Anna Stępień

Advocate
She specializes in commercial law and capital market law. She gained experience in a law firm in France, where she dealt with comprehensive legal services for French entrepreneurs and in law firms in Warsaw in the field of commercial company law, including companies listed on NewConnect. A graduate of law and Romanesque philology at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.

Adrianna Kłoda-Szczesna

Legal Adviser
Attorney-at-law at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. She has several years of experience in providing legal advice to business entities in the field of advising on merger and acquisition transactions (including in particular the preparation of due diligence reports and preparation of transaction documentation) and as part of day-to-day corporate services for companies. In her practice, she advised clients on both share deal and asset deal transactions, as well as joint venture projects. Before joining the Vinci team, she had worked with leading law firms in Poland.

Wojciech Rafał

Controlling Manager
Manager with over 20 years of experience in controlling, risk management and corporate finance, gained with companies, financial institutions and on advisory projects. He has implemented initiatives to increase the financial efficiency of organizations, including through process automation, cost optimization, liquidity management improvement and external financing. From 2022 to 2025 served as a manager in Crido Business & Digital Services supporting clients in the transformation of financial and tax processes, improving the quality of reporting and creating business strategies. Between 2018 and 2022 as Director of Controlling and Financial Risk at PCO S.A. (PGZ Group) responsible for financial planning, business analysis, profitability and financial liquidity. Between 2012 and 2018 was a Director of the Public Sector Service Department at Getin Noble Bank, managing the development of the product range and sales network for the public sector and housing communities. Previously, he gained managerial experience at Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego in the area of controlling and sales support, and at PZU Group in strategy and project management. He is a graduate of finance and banking at the University of Economics in Katowice.

Monika Adamiak

Office Manager
An office manager with several years of experience. She gained experience in companies from the private and state sectors. Responsible for key processes in the daily functioning of the company. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Gdańsk and the Faculty of Political Sciences at the University of Warsaw.
