We wish to inform that on 8 December 2021, Mr. Piotr Woliński tendered his resignation from the position of Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
On the same day, the Supervisory Board resolved to appoint Mr. Piotr Woliński to the Management Board of the Company and entrusted him with the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
