In the following Cookie Policy, we describe the types of cookies and other technologies used on the website of Vinci S.A. (hereinafter: “Portal”), which is owned by Vinci S.A. We also explain what these files are used for.

We draw your attention to the fact that without placing cookies or similar technologies on your device, we are not able to offer you the use of our Portal. For this reason, you agree to our use of cookies when using the website www.vincizasi.pl using the default browser settings (in accordance with art. 173 sec. 2 of the Telecommunications Law Act).

At any time, you can opt out of the use of such files by configuring your browser settings accordingly.
By using www.vincizasi.pl, you agree to the use of cookies in accordance with this Cookie Policy.
This Cookie Policy consists of the following parts:

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files, placed in a selected folder of your browser, saved and stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you visit various websites on the Internet. When you browse a website, this type of file placed on your device will send some information to the browser. Cookies are very common and used on almost all websites as they are very useful. Thanks to them, the website administrator can, among others, determine whether its user connected to the website from a given computer. A cookie typically contains the name of the website from which it originates, the “lifespan” of the cookie file (that is, the duration of its existence), and a randomly generated unique number used to identify the browser from which the connection with the website is established. Cookies are used to improve the operation of the website and make it more attractive to the user. They can also be used, among others, for advertising purposes (as explained below).

What do we use cookies for?

We use cookies to better tailor the Portal to your interests and needs, to make it more friendly and intuitive to use, and to enable the proper use of forms available on the Portal (e.g. search engines, etc.).

We also use cookies for analytical compilations, statistical purposes to check how often individual pages of our Portal are visited. This data helps us understand how visitors use our Portal and helps us improve its structure and content. We do not collect any personal data for this purpose.

Cookies can also be used to improve the performance of the Portal in your browser, enable the correct operation and presentation of multimedia content (video, maps, some Flash animations). Cookies are also necessary for the correct integration of the website with social networking services such as Facebook.com or Twitter.com.

We also use cookies for advertising purposes to tailor the advertising message to users’ preferences, also in advertisements issued by external partners. This type of information is anonymous and does not contain any personal information.

What type of cookies do we use?

Vinci S.A. uses several types of cookies:
Internal cookies – files placed and read from the user’s device by the ICT system of the Portal.
External cookies – files placed and read from the user’s device by the ICT systems of the external Portals. Vinci S.A. cooperates with external Portals, which may place cookies on the user’s devices. These are, for example, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube.
Session cookies  – temporary cookies that remain on your device until you leave the Portal. These are files placed and read from the user’s device by the Portal or external services during one session of a given device.
Permanent cookies  – files that remain on your device much longer, e.g. until they are manually deleted. These files are not deleted automatically after the end of the device session, unless the user’s device configuration is set to “delete cookies after the device session ends” mode. How long a cookie stays on your device depends on the “lifetime” of the cookie and your web browser settings. Permanent files allow us, for example, to determine a new and returning user, so that we can analyze the statistics of our Portal.

How long is the data stored in cookies files?

Session files remain on the user’s device until logging out of the website or leaving the Vinci S.A. websites. Permament cookies are installed for a different period of time. They can be active for several days, months or years, so that information, e.g. about how users have used the website, is not lost.

Is it possible to control cookies?

Most web browsers are initially set to automatically enable cookies. You can change the settings so that cookies are blocked or so that you are informed that they are being sent to your devices. There are many ways to manage cookies. Detailed information on how to adjust or change your browser settings related to cookies can be found in the manual of each web browser (or by displaying “help” in your browser).

If you block the cookies we use, it may affect the quality of our Portal, for example, you may not be able to visit certain areas of the Portal or receive personalized information while browsing them. If you use different devices to browse the Portal (e.g. a computer, tablet or smartphone), you need to make sure that each of the browsers on each of the devices is properly tailored to your preferences.

You can also delete any cookies saved so far at any time using the browser tools through which you use the Portal.
